The hotel opened its doors in May 2008. This very modern, award-winning business hotel offers a total of 125 Superior and Deluxe rooms. It also provides an international restaurant, a terrace and three high-tech function rooms. Residents also have secure indoor parking, free international telephone calls to landlines and free Internet access through the entire hotel. With the exception of the terrace, this is a non-smoking hotel.

The hotel offers modern designer rooms with central air-conditioning and heating. All rooms are equipped with an LCD TV with satellite/cable channels, full length windows with black curtains, a safety deposit box, minibar, free Internet access, a direct dial telephone, ironing set and double or king-size bed. The en suite bathroom offers a shower and hairdryer.

A breakfast buffet is served daily. In the restaurant guests can enjoy the flavours of Italy with the freshness of products from Serbia. The restaurant offers a classic à la carte menu in Mediterranean style, including seafood, meats and pastas, as well as traditional Serbian dishes. There is also an extensive wine list with both New World and Old World wines, including beautiful wines from Italy and the famous wines of the local region.

Guests of the hotel have free use of the fully equipped gym.
