This economy-class hotel, located on the top floor of a historical building in the centre of St. Petersburg, was fully renovated last year and consists of a total of 15 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The hotel balcony offers nice views of the city. Sky hotel rooms although slightly small in size are designed in a clean, contemporary style to offer comfortable accommodation. As the hotel has only recently opened all rooms are in a good condition. Each room is equipped with tv, wi-fi internet access Rooms are accessed with an electronic card system.

The breakfast buffet is served in the Nevsky Grand hotel, which is located on other side of Bolshaya Konyushennya Street.
