Cats and dogs up to 18 kg are welcome. A non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged upon check-in. Additionally, a non-refundable daily fee will be added to the room rate. A cleaning and damage waiver must be signed upon check-in. Pets must be kept on a leash or be kept in a carrier in public areas. They must also be kept out of food and beverage areas. The Welcome Desk needs to be notified if a pet is left alone. Pet noise must also be prevented for the comfort of other guests. A mandatory resort fee will be charged upon check-out to all guests, this fee is payable locally by the guest to the hotel.

Vieques (VQS) is easily accessible from San Juan International Airport (SJU) with direct connections on Cape Air (airline code 9K) and an estimated flight time of 18 minutes. Major carriers, including American Airlines and Continental, provide interline service with transfer of luggage all the way through to Vieques. W Talent will care for luggage while guests await transportation to the retreat. The drive to the retreat takes approximately 5 minutes.
