Situated in Bayswater just outside the city of Auckland, the hotel overlooks Shoal Bay and is a short ferry ride to Auckland's central business district. Quinton Park and O'Neills Park are also just a stone's throw away.

A brand new apartment style property. All bookings include a light complimentayr breakfast daily. Large rooms and many with views over the Auckland harbour looking toward the central business district. A good size gym fitness centre is in the complex , and complimetnary acess to a large lounge bar area with lovely views over the harbour. he location on the north shore in the suburb of Takapuna means that its very well located for those who are visiting the northern area of Auckland. A car is useful but not essential. The property is 200 metres from the Bayswater ferry terminal and the property includes one return ticket to the central AKL ferry terminal per day of stay, allowing for easy access to the city without having to pay parking charges, and enjoying a scenic boat ride to the centre. The property also offers a limited complimentary transfer service to the suburban centre of Takapuna.
Exterior: A modern concrete and glass building, many rooms overlooking the Auckland Harbour , some also looking over the adjoiining park.
Lobby: A medium size lobby and check in area.
