The guesthouse is conveniently located in Thamel, which is the heart and soul of the city centre, a collection of narrow streets bursting with hotels, shops and restaurants. The budget guesthouse was a former Rana mansion which was converted into a hotel by Karna Sakya in 1967, but still retains a deep ingrained memory and an opportunity to reminisce, times to cherish, and a secret to smile over.
