The eco hotel offers affordable, modern and luxury 'camping' accommodation, comprising 20 stylish semi-tented chalets with 360-degree views. Renovated in 2009, the hotel also offers a lobby with a 24-hour check-out service, a cloakroom, TV lounge, children's playground, bar, laundry service and a car park with shaded parking.

The affordable luxury accommodation units feature twin beds with a sofa bed for kids (free in room with adults), an en suite bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, cooker, tea and coffee making facilities and most kitchen utensils. Each unit also has a barbecue area, an outdoor seating area, parking and an outdoor 220V socket for in-vehicle use.

The hotel is self catering only.

The hotel has a sparkling outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar and sun loungers laid out ready for use. There is also an adventure centre offering a wide variety of excursions and activities such as guided drives to the dunes and canyon, 4x4 or quad bike nature drives, hot air ballooning and scenic flights.

Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am.

Sesriem is situated at the intersection of the C27 road from Helmeringhausen and the D826 which brings traffic in from Solitaire in the north and Maltahöhe in the south when it joins with the C19. The entrance gate to the hotel is located on the left hand side of the D826 road, approximately 8 km from the T-junction intersection with the C19.
