The hotel's interior design places emphasis on Mexican craftsmanship. It integrates the craft's aesthetic value in the environment of the hotel and beach club, through its colours, patterns and textures. The different genres and styles of music played in the restaurant and beach area makes for a unique atmosphere. The hotel also comprises a bar and offers Internet access, as well as room service.

The en suite rooms feature a double or king-size bed as standard. Guests can stay connected thanks to the Internet access provided in their rooms, and can relax on their terrace.

Breakfast is served in the morning and à la carte options are available at lunch and dinner time.

The activities on offer at this hotel allow guests to get close to the surrounding nature through eco and adventure tourism, as well come into contact with members of the local communities. Guests can also take a dip in the swimming pool or relax under the parasols provided. Parasols are also available for use at the nearby sandy beach.

The hotel does not allow pets, or enter coolers.

Arriving from Acapulco take the Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán in the direction of La Quebrada until llegar. At the street Diego Hurtado de Mendoza (where there is a roundabout with a chubby mermaid statue) turn right and take the street in the middle, then go straight over the bridge. This street becomes then Calzada Pie de la Cuesta and later on Carretera Ciruelos, follow it for about 15-25 minutes. Along the way guests will see a Chedraui supermarket, an Elektra electronics shop and a Banamex bank, (all on the left-hand side and in that order). Then guests see the second Oxxo convenience store on their right and opposite they will find the entrance to Pie de la Cuesta (characterized by a blue arc with yellow letters). On entering and after only around 5 streets, guests will find the hotel located right next to the sea.
