The 5-storey air-conditioned hotel affords Mexican and Prehispanic architecture and style. A total of 49 rooms are on offer to guests; amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift. National and international dishes are served up in Aztlán restaurant and a range of special beverages are available in the hotel bar. There is a business centre with conference rooms (seating capacity of 40 - 100 persons), a photocopier, a fax machine, computers with WLAN Internet access and secretarial support. Moreover, a selection of shops, a large terrace, room and laundry services and car parking are all available to guests. The hotel caters to the needs of disabled guests.

The rooms afford a Prehispanic style and have been fitted with Madeira wood furniture. Each features an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, central heating, satellite/ cable TV, a radio/ alarm clock, ironing equipment, a coffee machine and a direct dial telephone. Moreover, a work area with Internet access, a terrace and (on request) an extra bed are all available. The doors have an electronic locking system.

Breakfast may be selected from an ample buffet; lunch and the evening meal may be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. Special dietary requirements can be catered to. It is possible to book a bed and breakfast only, a half-board or a full-board stay.
