This family-friendly resort is situated right on the beach at Playa el Palmar, close to the Ixtapa Marina. The centre of Zihuatanejo lies just 1 km from the accommodation.

Renovated in 2011, this 285-room resort welcomes guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, concierge service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, newspaper stand and lift access. There is an auditorium, games room, café, disco, 4 bars and 6 restaurants on site. Younger guests will enjoy the resort's kids' club, playground and garden. Childminding services are also available.
