Today, it epitomises the solace and beauty of old world charisma presented in a hotel that is unlike any other. Carefully restored and preserved, it is a show house of the elegant Perankan manor exclusive to Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock. It embodies all the distinct characteristics of manor living from a grand by-gone era. The solid ancient marble and wood, intricately carved wall panels, finely decorated stairwell, lush green Sekaya Garden and a quaint cafe are just some of the details that recreate a unique and charming ambience. The hotel offers 44 guest rooms and 6 suites and facilities include a lobby with hotel safe and a currency exchange facility. Dining facilities and room service are also available.

The rooms are simple but clean. Some of Superior room has been renovated. Renovated room is brighter and has wooden floor. All rooms are decorated with antique furnishings, with individual air-conditioning units, either two single beds or one queen size bed. The rooms are fitted with coffee/tea making facilities, complimentary mineral water in the fridge, in room safe, hairdryer, 25 inch TV and complimentary wifi connection. The bathrooms are simple with tiled floors and walls and standing shower.

Galeri cafe is available and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located in the courtyard inside of the building.
