This hotel enjoys a good location in the heart of Riga's old town, close to the national opera and the freedom monument. The airport is a 20 min drive, and there are many good transport links within walking of the hotel. 15 kms to the nearest airport (riga) 1 km to the nearest station (central railway station)

This is a very good traditional hotel which has been modernised to a high standard and has an excellent central location.
Exterior: It is a traditional stone building, with a renovated cream and dark facade which looks very grand and inspiring.
Lobby: The lobby is medium, with a very high ceiling. The decor sets the tone for the rest of the hotel and is extremely elegant. There is a two-tone marble floor, red leather seating and a light wood and gold brass reception desk.

Rooms
Bedrooms are medium-sized on average and are in very good condition. They follow the same traditional design as the rest of the hotel, with paintings and classy furnishings complementing the existing fittings.

Restaurant & Food
The new main restaurant is on an upper level and is a more simply- designed room, with contrasting light and dark woods and fabrics. It serves food to a very high standard.
