Himi Onsen Hot Spring Village and the prehistoric Ozakai Cave can be reached within a 10-minute drive, while JR Himi Train Station is a 15-minute drive away. Shirakawa Village can be reached in 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

Umi-Akari is a ryokan (Japanese-style hotel) on the Noto Peninsula with a panoramic view of Toyama Bay. Our large baths open-air baths are 100% natural hot spring water. When the weather is nice, you can see the Tate Mountain Range across Toyama Bay. Our meals are made with fresh-caught seafood straight from Himi Fishing Port. In our guest rooms facing the sea, guests can enjoy serene moments gazing upon the stunning sights.

Our high class "Hana" rooms are equipped with Simmons beds, Wi-Fi, heater/AC, bidet toilet, refrigerator, safe, bath towel, face towel, yukata robes, toothbrushes, soap, slippers, bath baskets for in-house use

We offer meals made with the freshest seafood just brought to land at Himi Fishing Port. For breakfast, enjoy Japanese and Western cuisine in a buffet style at Dining Umi, with a panoramic view of Toyama Bay. Savor a kaiseki—a Japanese full-course dinner—made with special attention to quality at one of our two restaurants. You can choose which to dine at.

Activities & Sport
Our baths use 100% natural hot spring water. The water contains sodium and warms up your body well. You can try two kinds of baths. The large bath in the Main Building has a fantastic view of Toyama Bay and if the weather is good, the majestic Tate Mountain Range. The "Shio-no-Ka-tei" rock bath in the Annex is made with natural rocks
