The hotel is situated beside Turtle Beach at the heart of picturesque Ocho Rios (5 minutes walk away), to the east of Sangster international airport that is located in Montego Bay (approximately 112 km from the hotel). Rolling hills, jagged estuaries and sandy beaches lined with palms make up this popular tourist destination and the hotel lies within convenient reach of shops, diving and entertainment venues, making it an appealing destination for tourists. Everything from duty-free shopping to authentic brand name merchandise, to local artisan galleries and street vendors are on offer in Ocho Rios. Shaw Park botanical gardens are about 1 km away and it is 3 km to Coyaba botanical gardens. Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove are about 5 km away and it is 9.5 km to White River Valley.

The air-conditioned apartment hotel features wonderful gardens and a terrace. Amongst the facilities count a foyer where staff are on hand to help guests with any travel arrangements, a safe and a currency exchange desk in addition to a hairdressing salon, a gift shop with groceries and the Seasplash Restaurant and bar that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Moreover, it is possible to play beach volleyball and popular sports such as golf, horse riding, windsurfing, snorkelling and rock climbing at Dunn's River Falls beside which is Dolphin Cove, a natural bay surrounded by lush tropical rainforest where visitors may swim with dolphins or observe stingrays, eels, sharks, snakes, macaws and other tropical fish and birds. Sun loungers and parasols are also laid out ready for use by hotel guests on the local sandy beach.
