spectacular views over the beach, sea, and gardens. Rooms "with
whirlpool" will either have a whirlpool bath or the 8 headed spa
shower.
Restaurant & Food
The hotel has a total of 6 restaurants. The Gran Terrazza is the
main restaurant with casual, open-air buffet dining for breakfast
and lunch. There are two sumptuous dinner buffets. On Mondays an
extravagant Caribbean Beach Carnival Night is offered on the main
beach and on Friday there is the spectacular General Manager's
Grand Gala. The Piacere restaurant offers formal French elegance in
a luxurious, candlelit setting, serving Nouvelle Cuisine. A
world-class pianist accompanies the dining experience. This
restaurant is open for dinner, except Fridays, and formal attire is
required. La Pasta is the casual Italian pasta bar, open daily
except Sundays. Cafe Lido, specialising in continental dining,
enjoys a casually elegant atmosphere (no shorts), and is open for
dinner, except on Mondays and Fridays. The Reggae Café
'RASTAurant'(SM), will tempt guests with the best of local Jamaican
favourites, from jerk chicken to Rotti and more for dinner daily
except on Mondays and Fridays. At the Munasan, it is possible to
dine in the newest restaurant, charmingly appointed and overlooking
the warm Caribbean waters. Here chefs perform culinary feats, from
fresh sushi to teppanyaki cuisine. The restaurant seats 8 at each
teppanyaki table and 12 at the sushi bar, where the chef will hand
roll delectable sushi. Reservations are required for dining times,
resort style attire is acceptable. Munasan is open throughout the
week except on Mondays and Fridays. For those in the mood for
privacy, the hotel also offers 24-hour room service. It is possible
to book an all-inclusive stay. On Mondays, the hotel offers the
extravagant Caribbean carnival night on the beach, while the
spectacular General Manager's Grand Gala takes place on
Fridays.
Activities & Sport
In the hotel grounds there are two swimming pools with a poolside
snack bar and sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
Further leisure options include five Jacuzzis, a sauna, and a range
of massage and spa offerings. A wide selection of water sports may
also be tried, including water aerobics, windsurfing, water skiing,
snorkelling, trips with a glass-bottomed boat, kayaking, and diving
(PADI certificates available for an extra charge). Guests may also
make use of the four tennis courts (training with experts
possible), try aerobics, or play golf (inclusive of the green fee).
Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a work-out in the gym.

Guests must be at least 16 years of age. The hotel provides a
complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The nearest
motorway is about 1.5 hours away. For all bookings with arrival
dates of September 1st 2012 onwards, airport transfers will no
longer be included.
