The hotel is renowned throughout the Caribbean for its exclusive

Disability-friendly rooms are available. Constructed in Georgian
style, the main building recalls the British traditions of a bygone
era. The lobby area offers a reception desk manned around the
clock, a safe and a currency exchange facility. Alongside
conference facilities, a public Internet connection, and a
hairdresser, guests will also find a bar and a nightclub, both of
which are air-conditioned. Four restaurants are available, of which
the authentic Thai restaurant is to be found in Sandal's Cay, a
uniquely situated, secluded off-shore island. Room and laundry
services complete the range of services offered.
Rooms
All the rooms have been thoughtfully furnished and come with
individually adjustable air conditioning, a king-size bed, an extra
large amenity kit, a telephone, a hire safe, and a radio. In
addition, an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV,
tea and coffee making facilities, and an iron and ironing board are
also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
Restaurant & Food
Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast, lunch
and dinner. In the evenings there is also an à la
carte menu on offer. Moreover, special dishes will be on offer, and
it is possible to book an all-inclusive stay.

Within the hotel grounds there are four swimming pools and five
Jacuzzis with sun loungers as well as ample possibilities for the
more active: the range of activities offered includes gymnastics,
basketball, volleyball, bocce, cricket, shuffleboard, billiards,
tennis (day or night), horseshoes, table tennis, darts, indoor and
outdoor chess, as well as canoeing, paddleboats, glass-bottomed
boats, snorkelling, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, and much more.

Guests staying in the concierge suites will enjoy a special service
with priority check-in, a champagne reception, and a dedicated
concierge to attend to all needs. In addition, these suites include
a four poster bed, an extended sitting area, bathrobes, a minibar,
and 24-hour room service. All concierge suites now also offer an
evening turndown service. The concierge centre is open between the
hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.
