Renovated in 2006, this 135-room hotel has a combination of
standard rooms, comfort rooms and junior suites, and has been in
the hands of the same family for 35 years. Surrounded by an
expansive garden, is has a wide and spacious entrance hall with a
comfortable lounge area. A large convention centre is also
available (separate entrance) with capacity for up to 700 people,
as well as a spacious restaurant, with a veranda for use on summer
evenings. Further facilities include 24-hour reception, a hotel
safe, lift access, 2 bars, a TV room, public Internet access and
room and laundry services. There is additionally a children's
playground on site and parking is provided for those arriving by
car.
Rooms
The rooms are all equipped with every modern convenience and rooms
especially for families are available on request. Each room comes
with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and either a bathtub or a
shower, as well as a direct dial telephone, a TV, Internet access
and a minibar. A king or 2 queen-size beds, individually adjustable
heating and air conditioning and a safe. Many rooms additionally
feature a balcony with a view over the Umbrian hills.
Restaurant & Food
The restaurant faces the garden and has ample spaces, suitable for
banquets and gala dinners. The cuisine served is mainly national
and regional, with many typical Umbrian specialties. Both oil and
wine served at the restaurant is own production. During the summer
it is also possible to dine al fresco, in the hotel veranda.
Activities & Sport
The hotel has its own fully equipped gym offering aerobics classes,
2 saunas, outdoor tennis courts, a volleyball field, a football
pitch, bocce and a large garden with 2 outdoor swimming pools (one
for children and one semi-Olympic) with a poolside snack bar (open
in summer) and sun terrace. During the summer aqua aerobics and
exercise bike classes are also available.

Directions, How to get
there
When arriving by car from the South take Via Flaminia from Rome
Centre, or the A1 motorway. From the North, Florence or Ravenna,
after drive towards Spoleto after Perugia. Exit at Sant
Eraclio.
