This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels on Lake Maggiore. Not only it is elegant and sophisticated, it offers a high standard of service and facilities, such as outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna and spa, fitness centre, solarium next to the lake side. Exterior: Imposing elegant 4 storey building in 90's style. Large entrance and parking space.
Lobby: The lobby is spacious and majestic in Neoclassic style, with beautiful marble floors, wood paneling, elegant armchairs and sofas, Venetian chandeliers. The long rounded wooden reception desk is at the left side from the entrance.

The single and double standard rooms enjoy a mountain view and include wooden floors and mosaic work in the en suite bathrooms. Balconies are available in some of the rooms. All rooms are fitted with a bathtub or shower and hairdryer, air-conditioning (mid-June to mid-September), central heating, minibar, satellite/cable TV, 2 direct dial telephones, WLAN Internet access and a safe. The superior rooms are large and bright and also enjoy a view of the mountain. Their woodwork and precious fabrics create an elegant atmosphere, which makes for a very pleasant stay.

Two restaurants "a la carte" serving both international and Italian cuisine. Large and spacious with enchanting views on the Lake and one with patio doors to the gardens.

40 Technogym machines with personal trainer technology and computerised card key for training programmes, calibrated for individual needs, can be found in the hotel's gym. The complex has 2 outdoor swimming pools and an indoor swimming pool, as well as a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar. There are 2 hot tubs overlooking the lake and sun loungers and parasols for hire on the sun terrace and on the sandy beach, which is a mere 20 metres away. There is a children's playroom with toys and ping-pong tables, and a football pitch close to the hotel. Guests who want to experience total rest and relaxation, can spend long afternoons strolling in the beautiful gardens or getting pampered with a massage, followed by a sauna and Turkish bath in the hotel's Health Club. These services are available for a fee. There is a golf course in Carpugnino, which is a 20-minute drive away from the hotel.
