This 7-storey luxury city hotel was renovated in 2000 and comprises a total of 313 rooms of which 10 are suites. Facilities include a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts. Further facilities include a newspaper kiosk, a cosy bar and a beauty shop. Excellent meals and drinks are served in the hotel à la carte restaurant. Several seminar rooms offering modern conference technical equipment are available, as are room and laundry services. Babysitting services may be made advantage of on request. There is a hotel car park for those arriving by car (fees apply).

The comfortable rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, satellite/ cable TV with Pay TV, a minibar and a hire safe as standard. Take the Milan city motorway, take the exit Via Certosa and follow in the direction of Fiera Milan (Messe). At the Piazza Guilio Cesare turn right and then continue straight on. The Via Washington is situated right after the Piazza Piemonte.
