This air-conditioned beach hotel consists of a three-building complex furnished in perfect modern style and situated in the centre of Sperlonga, some 200 m from the sea. The hotel guests may enjoy a large lobby area, 2 American bars, corners in which to relax, an Internet access point (WLAN) , a TV lounge with a plasma TV, a reception and an information desk as well as a lift, a restaurant, conference facilities, room service and parking. It comprises a total of 72 rooms including 2 disability-friendly rooms as well as a garden and a terrace.

The accommodation comes in 3 categories: standard, executive and bohème. All rooms are elegantly and stylishly furnished and are equipped with every comfort, including individually adjustable air conditioning, a king-size or double bed, a mini fridge/ bar, satellite TV, a Jacuzzi tub or shower, a hairdryer, a safe, direct dial telephone in the room as well as in the bathroom.

The hotel features 2 restaurants, the "" Il Cortiletto"", perfect for special events and individual customers alike and the ""Il Virgilio"", which is next to the swimming pool and ideal for special events, meetings and banquets. Each dining area has a capacity of 180 persons maximum and offers a high level of catering including national and international cuisine, a vast choice of local foods - ""mood and finger food"" - and regional dishes.

A private beach area for guests' use is located around 250 m from the Hotel. Guests may enjoy getting back in shape with the beauty and fitness programme ""remise en forme"" with runs on the beach, a sauna or a Hammam, a ""Scottish shower"", a hydro massage pool (charges apply), a gym with Technogym equipment (free of charge) and on request, massage and spa treatments for an additional fee. The sports and leisure facilities available at this hotel include an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, a sun terrace and hydro massage points and a therapeutic fountain. The pool is open until late into the autumn thanks to Sperlonga's mild climate.

By car: Sperlonga is situated around 116 km from Rome and some 114 Km from Naples. From Rome take the Pontina Road up to Terracina and then continue towards Sperlonga on the Via Flacca or take the A1 motorway Rome-Naples, take the Frosinone exit towards Terracina and then Sperlonga. From Naples take the Tangenziale (ring road) up to Mondragone, towards Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga. Guests may also travel on the A1 motorway exiting at Cassino towards Formia, Gaeta and then follow the signs to Sperlonga. By train: (Rome-Naples line) get off at the station Fondi - Sperlonga, where guests will find a public transport service or a taxi to take them to Sperlonga (around 11 km).
