This is the tallest hotel in Italy and offers professional
services. From here, guests may marvel at the breathtaking coastal
views of Naples. In particular, the views from the 16th to 30th
floors are unforgettable. The hotel underwent renovations in 2006
and comprises a total of 30 floors with 231 rooms, of which 5 are
wheelchair accessible. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a
24-hour reception desk, a safe, lifts, a cloakroom and a currency
exchange counter. Further facilities in this air-conditioned hotel
include a bar, a café, a restaurant, a breakfast and
dinging room, a conference room and wireless Internet access.
Laundry and room services, medical assistance, a launderette, a
bicycle cellar, a car park and a garage complete the offerings.
Rooms
On the 16th to 20th floors, guests will find the classic rooms. On
the 21st to 25th floors, there are deluxe rooms. The executive
rooms are on the 30th floor. The superior and deluxe rooms offer
stunning views of one of the most famous coastlines in the world,
and some include views from Mount Vesuvius to Posillipo mountain,
connecting Maschio mountain to the Spanish quarter or from the
island of Capri to the cape of Posillipo. All the rooms are
equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial
telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a radio. In
addition, a minibar, a double bed and a hire safe are also included
as standard. Air conditioning and heating are individually
regulated.
Restaurant & Food
Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet. Lunch and dinner
may be taken à la carte or as a set menu. Guests are
able to book either half-board or full-board stays.
Directions, How to get
there
By car: if coming from the North, take the A1 motorway and then the
Napoli Porto exit. If coming from the South, take the Napoli Centro
exit. Continue along Via Marina for about 3.5 km until reaching
Maschio Angioino, turn right and then take another right. The hotel
is situated on the left on Via Medina. The main signs to look out
for are Piazza Municipio and Questura di Napoli. By train: from the
central station, guests can catch a taxi or any bus that runs along
Corso Umberto, and arrive at the hotel within 10 minutes. From the
airport: catch the Alibus bus from the Arrivals terminal. It runs
every 20 minutes. Tickets can be bought on board the bus. The
journey will last around 30 minutes, get off at the Piazza
Municipio bus stop.
