The hotel is located near the centre of Tel Aviv, on the corner of Hayarkon Street and Frishman Street. The beach and Tel Aviv pier are just a short walk away and there are restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping venues all within 100 m of the hotel. The city centre and Dizingoff Mall are just a 5-minute drive away, and the hotel is just 1 km from both the Culture Hall and Jafa Old City. Furthermore, the bus station is 150 m away and the railway station is approximately 2 km from the hotel.

Completed renovation in August/2006. This first class hotel enjoys a central location and splendid views across the Mediterranean. The hotel also hosts a small art gallery exhibiting art work from talented local students.
Exterior: This is a low rise, 6 storey modern building, with a white painted facade, typical of beachfront Tel Aviv.
Lobby: The lobby is medium in size and light in colour and incorporates a small bar area. There is a black and white marble floor and a seating area with comfortable sofas. Decor is modern.

Rooms
All rooms are light in colour and bright with plenty of natural light. There are light blue carpeted floors and white furnishings with white marble topped desks. All the rooms are in excellent condition and include a shower/bathtub, bathroom, personal safe, cable TV with remote, coffee/tea making facilities, cooler, telephone with international direct access dialing, wireless internet and air-conditioning. Some rooms are sea view.

Restaurant & Food
Breakfast is served every morning in the hotel's dining room facing the sea. A Glatt Kosher restaurant opens once the dining room closes. The restaurant is privately owned.
