Just outside the complex guests will find a huge water park, the largest of its kind in Israel, with sprawling, tropical trees, pools, fountains, lakes and waterfalls, as well as an abundance of water attractions. There is a shopping centre around 10 minutes' drive from the hotel and the Red Sea is just a 3-minute walk away. Timna Park is roughly 20 minutes away by car and Metzada is two hours' drive from the complex. Eilat airport is approximately 3 km from the hotel and Tel Aviv-Ben Gurion International is some 346 km away.

The air-conditioned beach hotel offers 331 rooms in total and welcomes its guests in a lobby with a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access to the upper floors and a newspaper stand. Further facilities at the club resort include a hairdressing salon, café, bar, dining room, room service and a laundry service. Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the garage.

The hotel has a wonderful theatre with nightly performances (except Sunday) of 'WOW', a magnificent Las-Vegas style show with recognised international artists in a captivating, glamorous and humorous performance. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools (one heated, one saltwater) with a children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out for use. A range of massages are on offer and watersports available include waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, banana boating and sailing. Sun loungers and parasols are also provided on the nearby sandy/pebble beach.
