Right in the centre of vibrant Temple Bar district. The National Gallery are both a 10-min walk from the hotel, and The Olympia Theatre is about 190 m away. Trinity College is 5 min' walk away, and The Guinness Storehouse is a 15-min walk.

This is a comfortable, if basic, guesthouse with an excellent location. There is no lift, so access to the 1st floor lobby would be difficult for elderly or disabled.
Exterior: The guesthouse is comprised of two traditional 18th-century townhouses.
Lobby: The lobby is tiny, consisting of just a reception desk, and is situated on the 1st floor, adjacent to the small lounge area where continental breakfast is served in the mornings.

Rooms
Comfortable and furnished to a high standard with en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, TV, iron and ironing board on request. It is important to note that this is a listed building, as a result an elevator cannot be installed, and the elderly or disabled may find the stairs too steep.
