There are 50 villas and pavilions at The Oberoi, with spacious bedrooms and out-of-this-world marble sunken garden baths. All guest accommodation is in thatch-roofed buildings of local materials, all at ground level and all air-conditioned. Every villa has a separate bedroom, bathroom, courtyard with rock pond, raised dining pavilion and terrace with either garden or ocean views. All guest villas and pavilions features satellite television, CD player, safe, minibar, direct dialling and broadband Internet Access.

There is a beach club with a certified diving centre for snorkelling, diving, sailing, deep-sea fishing and much more with additional fee.
