Not only does the villa give guests absolute beachfront living, they will also have engaging and unimpeded rice field and river views. They enjoy an immense 3,270-square-metre garden, at the bottom of which is a shady stream, an idyllic beach and the open sea. Yet, while located on a largely deserted beach, it is only 20 minutes by car to Bali's sophisticated shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

This is a beachfront holiday venue with a bonus, for it not only gives guests a 45-metre beachfront, but also wide rice field views, as well as a river at the bottom of the garden. All five bedrooms have sea views and there are two unenclosed living areas on two different levels which offer 180-degree views from the rice fields to the ocean. There really is room to move and to breathe in the sea air, for the villa is truly expansive. Floor space over two levels is more than 800 square metres, and the garden and pools are a vast 3,270 square metres.

Rooms
The villa has air-conditioned double bedrooms with king- and queen-size beds and twin beds. Each has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower. All five bedrooms have ocean views.

Restaurant & Food
The villa has an innovative and rather unusual approach to food and drink. Guests choose what food, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits they want to enjoy, they set a budget, they give their butler money to cover the shopping, and he arranges its purchase at local markets, delicatessens, specialty shops and liquor stores. There is no mark-up or premium for its preparation by the chefs. They will not pay a cent more than if they went and bought the produce and drinks themselves.

Activities & Sport
The two pools are extensive in scope. There is a 10-square-metre children's pool, with a maximum depth of 60 centimetres. Near the beachfront is a hot tub designed for the enjoyment of up to six adults.
