This family-friendly hotel is a special West Indian hotel set among
tropical gardens that slope gently towards the sparkling blue
waters of True Blue Bay. The unique design with tree trunk columns
and exotic Caribbean flowers in every corner makes it a truly
tropical paradise. A total of 31 rooms are on offer and amongst the
facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, air
conditioning, a safe, a currency exchange desk, conference
facilities, Internet access and a bicycle hire service. Moreover,
there is a newspaper stand, 2 bars, a playground and room and
laundry services to take advantage of. The restaurant has a deck
built over the water, which allows guest to take full advantage of
the views out over the bay. There are 3 parking spaces for those
arriving by car.
Rooms
Each of the beautifully decorated rooms comes with an en suite
bathroom with a hairdryer, individually controllable air
conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a
radio, an Internet connection, a kitchenette, a microwave, tea and
coffee making facilities, ironing equipment, a king-sized bed, a
hire safe and a balcony or terrace as standard. For family
holidays, there are the 2-bedroom cottages with views out over the
sea or the Indigo Rooms, all with connecting doors that provide
very comfortable accommodation for all the family.
Restaurant & Food
It is possible to book a half-board, full-board or bed and
breakfast only stay. Guests may select their breakfast and evening
meal from ample buffets; lunch and the evening meal may
alternatively be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. Specific
dietary requirements may be catered to. The menu provides a
delicious combination of dishes prepared with local produce and
seasoned with wonderful Grenadian spices.
Activities & Sport
In the gardens are 2 swimming pools around which sun loungers and
parasols have been laid out. There is a massage service to take
advantage of and bicycle are available for hire. An entertainment
programme is put on and Hobie Cats as well as kayaks and sailing
boats are on offer on the beach. It is possible to pay a visit to
the Aquanauts dive centre (snorkelling equipment hire) and to
explore the small reef located beside the two small islands in the
bay. Moreover, guests may try out water skiing, surfing,
kiteboarding or catamaran sailing. The nearest golf course, Grand
Anse, is 5 km away.
