Constructed in 2010 and featuring a total of 42 accommodation units, this modern apartment complex consists of 5 separate two-storey buildings. It provides air-conditioned common areas, a reception area, bar, breakfast room and public Internet access. Facilities are wheelchair-accessible.

The accommodation is stylish and modern and decorated with hand-crafted furniture.
