The country house is located within the tufted beech-tree village gardens in the heart of central Zagori. The village gardens situated at an altitude of approximately 800 m. The seasons clothe the landscape with amazing colours, warm red and bright yellow in autumn, dazzling winter white and all shades of green in spring and summer, as the dense forests of Zagori change day by day. Each season is a great time to visit the area and walk the Voidomatis riverbed, which forms the Vikos Gorge. Guests can explore the paths around the village and admire the unique and arched stone bridges. Guests will find cobbled streets and stone houses in the city of Ionnanina, Kipoi, which is located approximately 39 km away.

This country house is predominantly with wood and hand-hewn stone, in the difficult craft of dry stonework and in keeping with the architectural tradition of Zagori. The complex is built and is ideal for receptions, weddings or events. The hotel offers room service and car parking area.

Rooms
All guest rooms have their own individual style and decor. Hand-wrought lighting fixtures from Ioannina, multicoloured Zagorian ceilings, heavy Persian carpets, traditional hand-made wood and iron furniture, as well as many antiques, all carefully combined together, compose a lovely environment for a memorable holiday. Each apartment is en suite with a hairdryer and guests can enjoy a good night's rest on their double bed. Rooms also come equipped with satellite/cable TV, a fireplace, a cooker, refrigerator, individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating, as well as a DVD player, slippers, cosmetics and a hydromassage shower or hot tub.
