This hotel is centrally located, close to the Zeus temple and Hadrian's Arch. The Plaka district, the acropolis and the royal palace are all within easy walking distance of the hotel and links to the public transport network lie some 4 km away. Situated opposite the Acropolis, Royal hotel is situated near the most important points of interest in the city (National Museum, Parliament (Syntagma) Square, National Gardens, Old Town (Plaka), Megaron Convention Centre).

Exterior: This is a modern, six-storey, block building, built in the late 1960s. The facade has recently been renovated to incorporate cream stone features and mirrored glass to reflect the Temple of Zeus opposite.
Lobby: The large lobby is decorated in a traditional style with a polished marble floor and mosaics. An elegant lounge above the lobby is suitable for small meetings.

Diakou Street. The approximate journey time from the Athens International Airport to the hotel is 25 minutes.
