Rooms
Determined by its inimitable character and more than 100 years of
experience, the philosophy of this hotel deliberately avoids
uniformity and monotonous functionality, thus all rooms and suites
have their own individual touch. A highlight of the unique nature
of this establishment are the breathtaking views of the
Binnenalster (inner Alster) Lake, which can be enjoyed from many of
the rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a

Restaurant & Food
The "haerlin" restaurant is very elegantly furnished and decorated
in cream and light green colours. The doc cheng is an
oriental/asian with its own tandoori oven and has over 40 beer
types and 1200 different wines. The "jahrezeiten grill" is also an
informal restaurant, furnished and decorated in traditional
style.

Directions, How to get
there
Guests arriving by car from the A24 should follow it until the end.
At the Horner roundabout take Sievekingsallee and follow signs to
the centre (Zentrum) or to the central station (Hauptbahnhof).
Follow the road to Lombardsbruecke and turn left at the traffic
lights on to Neuer Jungfernstieg where the hotel is located. Those
coming from the A1 should continue on this road over the
Elbbruecken to Hamburg, following the signs for the centre
(Zentrum). Once on Amsinckstrasse follow signs for the central
station (Hauptbahnhof) and follow the road to Lombardsbruecke. Turn
left at the traffic lights on to Neuer Jungfernstieg where the
hotel is located. Guests arriving by car from the A7 should drive
through the Elbtunnel and take the exit for Stellingen. Follow the
signs to the Zentrum (city centre) until Eimsbuetteler Marktplatz,
cross this, and follow Fruchtallee until reaching An der
Verbindungsbahn. Pass Dammtor station and drive straight along the
Alsterglacis. Then turn right onto Neuer Jungfernstieg where the
hotel is located.
