This residence, made up of several buildings, stands at the top of La Falaise and has the most wonderful panoramic views of the Morzine valley (buildings Malinka, Saskia 2). This is a pedestrian-only resort, where parents and children can move about in a completely safe and healthy setting. Comprising a total of 292 accommodation units, the establishment is fully air-conditioned and welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and cloakroom. Other on-site facilities include lift access, a café, a bar, a restaurant and a hairdressing salon. Internet access and car parking are also provided.

The apartments come with a kitchenette with 3 or 4 stoves, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Other in-room amenities include a vacuum cleaner, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, Internet access, a washing machine and a balcony. The rooms have been fitted with heating and air conditioning and the bathrooms feature a bathtub/shower and hairdryer.

The hotel offers half-board stays. Guests can select their evening meals from a set menu.

A deposit for each apartment is to be paid on arrival and is refunded upon departure after inventory.

Drive towards Chamonix on the A41 and take exit number 18 for Cluses. From here, head towards Taninges on the D902 and then towards Les Gets and Morzine - Avoriaz (the distance from Morzine to Avoriaz is 15 km). Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort. Car parks are available at the resort.
