The residence, built in 2000 offers 105 furnished and fully equipped apartments for 1 to 5 people. Each one offers a warm and sophisticated living space, designed to promote guests comfort, wellbeing and relaxation. Facilities on offer at the residence include a lobby, a breakfast room, WLAN Internet access, a launderette and parking for those arriving by car.

The residence offers vast rented furnished apartments with sea views. The apartments accommodate 1 to 6 people and offer warm and sophisticated living spaces for a comfortable stay. The studio accommodation for 1 to 2 persons offers a kitchenette with a microwave, hot plates, dishware, a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The pull-out beds are easy to erect to form one large bed or 2 separate beds. They are also equipped with a table, chairs, a desk, an LCD TV with TNT, a telephone, a cupboard, individually adjustable heating and a shower room with a WC. The apartments also offer Internet access.

A continental buffet breakfast is served from Mondays to Saturdays.
