Built in 2009, this charming, modern aparthotel comprises 84 apartments for 1-3 persons and is faithful to the charter of quality and standing of the national chain of which it is a part. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby with a 24-hour check-out service, lift access, a kids' club (charges apply) and a breakfast room. Guests can also take advantage of the WLAN Internet access, household, laundry and cleaning services. There is a car park and covered garage parking for those arriving by car (charges apply for both).

All accommodation units come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and offer a double bed. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access and a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and a washing machine. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard.

Check-in time is from 3 pm and guests are required to check-out by 10:30 am. Guests planning to arrive outside of these scheduled opening times must contact the residence directly no later than 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange for alternative check-in procedures.

Guests arriving by car from the A9 or A54 highways should take the exit signposted to Nimes centre and head toward Nimes on the D42. Cross 2 roundabouts and continue towards Nimes centre. On Avenue Francois Miterrand, having reached Brasseurs restaurant, turn right into Passage Francois Roustand and carry on straight down Amerique Latine. The residence is on the right-hand side.
