The residence is set in 4 hectares of lush green grounds, a
natural, spacious environment, dotted with ponds and lakes. This
holiday village comprises a total of 225 accommodation units,
including 199 apartments and 26 studios. Facilities on offer to
guests include a lobby, a hotel safe, a newspaper stand and a
hairdressing salon. The younger guests can let off steam in the
children's playground or the kids' club and there is a
café and a restaurant for refreshment. A car park is
available for those arriving by car and it is possible to hire
bicycles on the premises.
Rooms
The units are fully equipped and come with a private bathroom with
a shower/bathtub and a separate WC (shower with toilet in the
studio apartments). They have a kitchenette with a hob cooker, an
oven or a mini-oven, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing
machine and a dishwasher (except in the studio apartments). They
are equipped with a safe, a radio, a TV (charges apply) and
Internet access (for an additional fee) and feature individually
regulated heating and either a balcony or a terrace.
Restaurant & Food
Guests are served a continental breakfast and the midday and
evening meals may be enjoyed as a set menu or à la
carte.
Activities & Sport
The establishment features 3 outdoor heated swimming pools,
including a children's paddling pool, which are open from April to
the end of October. Guests can relax on sun loungers (available for
an additional fee) and there are parasols available, as well as
refreshments at the poolside snack bar. Sports enthusiasts may join
an aqua fit or aerobics session and water sports fans can go
waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing or motor boating. It
is also possible to try banana boating, sailing, catamaran sailing,
canoeing or pedal boating. Guests can play a game of squash,
tennis, table tennis, volleyball or beach volleyball. Golf
enthusiasts can play a round at the nearby Cap d'Agde Golf Club,
just 2.5 km from the complex or enjoy minigolf. It is also possible
to have a go at horse riding or bicycling and the complex puts on a
programme of entertainment for adults and children. Moreover, sun
loungers and parasols are available for use on the sandy beach.
Comments
Services subject to a locally payable fee include TV rental
(already set up in the apartments) and rental of baby equipment.
Pets are not permitted. An the end of guests' stays cleaning is
available on request. Bed linen is not included.
Directions, How to get
there
Guests arriving by car should take the A9 motorway and exit at Agde
Pézenas, towards Cap d'Agde, then follow signs to
Plage de la Roquille and then tennis and arène, then
continue towards Parc de Lano. The property is the first residence
on the Avenue des Soldats.
