The residential complex comprises apartments located in single-storey houses, and offers a friendly and peaceful holiday in the countryside. This family-friendly apartment hotel has a kids' club and a restaurant. It offers fee-paying Internet access at the reception, a launderette (charges apply) and a free outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment).

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (with a mini fridge, microwave or oven), and an en suite bathroom with a bath or shower. In general, each apartment has a separate WC and a terrace. It is advisable to have a car. A deposit (2 separate payments: apartment plus cleaning) is to be paid on the premises. Services to be paid for on the premises are TV rental (already set up in the apartments), baby equipment rental, pets are admitted (a surcharge applies) and end-of-stay cleaning on request.
