The residence, built in 2010 offers 103 furnished and fully equipped apartments for 1 to 6 people. Each one offers a warm and sophisticated living space, designed to promote guests comfort, wellbeing and relaxation. Facilities on offer at the residence include a lobby, lift access, a breakfast room, WLAN Internet access, a launderette and parking for those arriving by car.

The studios (1 or 2 people - 18 to 30 m²) are sold as single room, twin, double and single or double sole use fitted with 1 sofa bed or 2 sleeps bed . The large studios (1 to 3 people - 26 to 31 m² ) are sold as triple rooms fitted with 1 sofa bed or 2 single beds (80 cm) and one extra bed. Apartments are in very good condition, well equipped and furnished to a very good standard. All studios are equiped with micro wave, vitro-ceramic cooktop, fridge, dishes, table, chairs, desk, LCD screen and telephone.

Cold buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant at the ground floor with modern style and lot of brigthness.

Guests can go pedal boating in their leisure time.

RECEPTION DESK OPENING HOURS Monday - Friday : 8 am - 12:30 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm Saturday : 8 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 4 pm Reception desk closed on Sunday and bank holidays. Guests planning to arrive outside of these scheduled opening times must contact the residence directly no later than 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange for alternative check-in procedures.

From the ring road, take the Porte de Clichy exit. On boulevard Jean Jaur's, continue straight on. Go past the headquarters of L'Oreal, continue going straight, staying on the right. Turn right just after the Naturalia store. When arrive at rue Palloy, the residence is on the right.
