Fully renovated in 2007, this apartment hotel offers 82 furnished and fully equipped apartments for between 1 and 4 guests. There is a lobby with 24-hour check-out service. A breakfast room features, as does wireless Internet access, a laundry service (charges apply for both) and a car park.

The apartments feature warm and sophisticated living areas where guests will find comfort, well-being and relaxation. The apartments include a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before 10 am. If guests are going to arrive late they must inform the apartment hotel before 6 pm (4 pm on Saturdays). The reception is closed on Sunday: access codes are given for late arrivals or guests arriving over the weekend.

By car: by N165, to take Northern Brest (by-pass), then to take direction downtown area starting from the roundabout of Pen Ar Chleuz. By N12, at the end of the expressway, with the round not of rear Pen Cleuz, to follow the direction downtown area.
