This newly built residence comprises a total of 86 apartments and holiday homes grouped in small hamlets. Guests are welcomed into a lobby, and on-site facilities include a children's playground, WLAN Internet access (fees apply) and a laundry service (fees apply). Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park.

These apartments and holiday homes come equipped with a kitchen with a cooker-hood, 4 electric hobs, a microwave-grill and a dishwasher. En suite bathrooms, separate WCs, TVs, furnished terraces and small garden areas also feature.

No check in and no check out on Sunday afternoon and Wednesday. Opening recepcion: Saturday 8h-12h and 14h-20h. Summer (15/06-15/09): from Sunday to friday 9h-12h and 16h-20h. Winter: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9h-12h and 16h30-19h and Sunday 9h-12h. Arrivals: Saturday from 16h to 20h, departures: Saturday from 8h to 10h. Deposit and city tax to be paid on spot. Cleaning compulsory before departure otherwise has to be paid on during check out.

From Paris (602 km): Take the A10 motorway until reaching Orléans, then take the A71 motorway until exit number 5. Take the A20 motorway and exit at Brives-la-gaillarde. Then follow the N89 road and join the A89 motorway for 75 km until the toll. At the toll exit, take the D709 road for 20 km before entering Bergerac. At Bergerac follow the signs for Périgueux. The residence is located in the Domaine de Pombonne. Leave Bergerac, turn left at the second traffic light and arrive (the residence is around 500 m outside of Bergerac).
