The hotel is located on the edge of the inhabited only active crater in the world. Just 30 minutes from the city of Quito and 10 minutes from the Middle of the World. This volcano is 5km in diameter and is 2830 meters above the sea level. Just 15 minutes away are the ruins of Runiucho, 45 minutes Tulipe archaeological ruins.

The hotel was created in an artistic and ecological context, inspired by the beauty of the place. Materials such as pumice were used, resulting in a thermal building. It has 12 executive suite-style rooms offering family comforts and luxury. All are elegantly decorated with minimalist ethnic touches. Facilities at this design hotel include air conditioning, conference facilities, room and laundry services, and a garage. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and bar and dine in the restaurant.

Rooms
All of the rooms offer exceptional views of the volcano crater and the Mitad del Mundo. The comfortable rooms are equipped with orthopaedic mattresses covered with natural fibres, such as quilts, pillows and blankets from natural wool. All are en suite with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Satellite/cable TV, a balcony or terrace and individually regulated air conditioning and heating also come as standard.
