This family owned and operated apartment complex provides a warm
atmosphere for relaxing holidays. Renovated in 2011, the delightful
property enjoys an excellent location right on the beach, and there
are 88 apartments in total. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with
24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, newspaper
stand, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper
floors. There is also a games room, TV lounge, café,
bar and restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the wireless
Internet access, laundry service and car park.
Rooms
All apartments have separate bedrooms with air conditioning, a
separate sitting room, a small kitchenette and two sofas with extra
beds in case more than 2 people are staying in the apartment. The
en suite bathroom has a bath/shower and there is a spacious balcony
or terrace in all apartments with direct sea views. A direct dial
telephone, satellite TV, in-room safe, mini fridge, microwave, tea
and coffee making facilities, and individually regulated heating
feature in all rooms as standard.
Restaurant & Food
A snack bar/restaurant on the sea front offers a large variety of
food options (local and international cuisine) at very reasonable
prices. The property includes a supermarket on the premises for
self-catering convenience.
Activities & Sport
There is a large outdoor swimming pool with sea views and a
separate children's pool and poolside snack bar with sun loungers
and parasols provided free of charge. A variety of water sports are
offered for a fee on the sandy/rocky beach. Sun loungers with
parasols can also be hired for a fee.
Comments
There is a 24-hour reception service, so guests can leave their
room key when leaving the apartment to avoid the inconvenience and
cost of repairing door locks.

there
Guests should drive to Pernera area, or get off the bus in the
centre of Pernera, and there are signs with directions to the
hotel.
