The property is stylishly modern and vibrant and welcomes guests

lounge bar, restaurant and terraces, all with a glorious panoramic
views of the Limassol Bay. Fully air-conditioned, the establishment
comprises 144 guestrooms. Facilities on offer to guests include a
hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a children's
playground and conference facilities. For additional fees, guests

Rooms
All rooms come fitted with twin, double or king-size beds, an
electronic security lock, telephone with voicemail, high-speed WLAN
Internet access, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities,
satellite TV, radio and safe among other facilities. The en suite
bathrooms in all rooms are equipped with a shower, bath and
hairdryer. The rooms have a balcony or terrace and are
air-conditioned and centrally heated. There is one room for

Restaurant & Food
The Haven restaurant offers a hearty buffet breakfast, buffet or
set-menu lunch and dinner indoors and on a sea view terrace. A la
carte menus are available both at our casual pool-side cafe and at
the Ascot Eatery. For fine dining visit La Brezza our summer-only
Italian fusion restaurant overlooking the Limassol bay.

Set in gardens along the beach, guests are afforded every
opportunity to enjoy the fine Mediterranean climate, whether they
prefer lounging on the beach, by the pool or in terraced gardens.
The Health Club offers 2 swimming pools - indoor (heated) and
outdoor (overflow) - saunas, steam room, gym, tennis and billiards.

Directions, How to get
there
From Larnaca Airport, follow signs to Limassol which will
eventually take guests onto the A1 motorway. Follow the A1 to
Limassol and turn left at exit 24. Turn immediately left again into
Christaki Kranou Street. Proceed to the end of this road, to the
traffic lights at the T-junction. Turn right. Proceed for about 1.5
km and the hotel is on the left. From Paphos Airport, follow signs
to Limassol which will eventually take guests onto the A6 motorway.
Follow the A6 (which links to the A1 in Limassol) and turn right at
exit 24. Follow the above instructions from this point.
