Established in 2003, the hotel comprises a total of 48 suites
spread across 2 storeys in addition to a garden and a terrace.

Rooms
The suites all come with a bathroom with a bath, shower and
hairdryer. Further standard fittings include a direct dial
telephone, satellite TV with an integrated radio, a hi-fi, a
minibar, centrally regulated heating and air conditioning, a hire
safe, and a large balcony. In addition, a large wardrobe, a small
lounge with a day area, and French-style beds for the nights are
also provided. Non-smoking rooms are available on request.
Restaurant & Food
Those who enjoy the good life attach great importance to their
holiday food. Guests may make themselves comfortable on the
romantic terrace or in the exclusive à la carte
restaurant and be won over by the Mediterranean specialities and
quality wines on offer. The hotel offers a choice of light and
healthy dishes, Mediterranean specialities with a particular focus
on Italian and local dishes, salad buffets, a vast selection of
wines, and an American style breakfast with muesli, fresh fruit,
fruit juices, and much more. It is possible to book a half-board
stay with a selection of dishes served in the terrace restaurant
and, in the evenings, a choice of varying set menus. Alternatively,
guests may book a full-board stay with à la carte
dining included.

All hotel guests have access to the sports facilities and activity
programmes offered by the Falkensteiner Club Funimation Dalmatien
located adjacent to the hotel. A first-class leisure programme is
offered here to satisfy all possible desires. Options available
include beach volleyball, bowling, football, table tennis,
miniature golf, and a total of six tennis courts (floodlit hard
courts). Alternatively, it is possible to hire a bicycle and go off
on a tour to Zadar or the island's mountains. A gym with the latest
equipment offers guests aerobics or a personal trainer to help them
keep in trim. In addition, there is a new swimming pool and the
spectacular water park with indoor and outdoor pools as well as
water slides. Water sporting activities are offered through the
local water sports centre and include banana boating, water skiing,
jet skiing, motor boating, diving, surfing, windsurfing, sailing,
paragliding, catamaraning, and pedal boating in addition to a range
of courses led by professionals (charges apply in all cases).
