The apartment hotel is situated on the side of a hill, south of the town of Vrsar and Hotel Pineta, and adjacent to the sea. It is around 500 m from the town centre and 150 m from the port.

The apartment hotel was built terrace-style, consisting of numerous two or three-storey buildings in a row. Fully air-conditioned, the establishment comprises a total of 176 apartments and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Younger guests are sure to appreciate the children's playground and kids' club. The café, pub and restaurant provide dining and refreshments. Further facilities on offer to guests include Internet access, a laundry service, a car park and bicycle hire service.

Rooms
The accommodation units are positioned in 4 rows of pavilions. The third and fourth rows are accessible by escalators, while other rows are accessible by stairs. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with shower and hairdryer. The apartments are also equipped with double beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, safe, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.
