The hotel is located next to a beach awarded with the international Blue Flag. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, it is just 2 km from the centre of Umag, and approximately 200 m from the tourist centre with shops, restaurants and bars.

The tourist village has 341 apartments, and includes a disco, a post office, cash machine, shops, a supermarket and a first-aid station. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception, and additional features include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, Internet access (for a fee), a newspaper stand, children's playground and bicycle hire. Guests arriving by car may park in front of the apartments.

Rooms
Guests are accommodated in apartments (for 3-6 persons) with a bedroom (double bed), living room, satellite TV and a telephone. All apartments have an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, and a terrace features as standard. Apartments do not have air conditioning.

Restaurant & Food
Guests may enjoy both lunch and dinner in the tourist village's à la carte restaurants. Meals and refreshments can also be purchased at the on-site pizzeria, ice-cream shop, buffet restaurant and coffee bars.

Activities & Sport
There is a rich variety of day and evening entertainment for all ages, including an activities club and children's entertainment such as Club-4, a mini club (for children aged 5 to 13 years) and a teenagers' club (for youngsters from 13 to 17 years). Club-4 and the teenagers' club are only operated in July and August. Use of the 2 outdoor saltwater swimming pools for adults and 2 children's pools is free of charge. Guests may also enjoy a variety of watersports is available including waterskiing, jet skiing, diving and banana boating. Back on dry land, options include tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, minigolf and biking. There is also an open-air dancing terrace and interior entertainment hall (all services are free of charge). The beach meets the highest environmental standards and offers a specially-designed disabled-friendly section plus deckchair and sunshade rental (for a fee), There is a special area reserved for pets, and a small marina with capacity for 80 boats.
