The apartment house is located in the centre of the tourist settlement of Cervar Porat, 100 m away from the sea. If guests need a grocery shop or restaurant/pizzeria the distance is only 50 m. There is a nice beach suitable for children within walking distance of the apartments, only 250 m away. Pula Airport is approximately 50 km from the hotel.

This modern apartment complex consists of 30 apartments, all having been completely renovated several years ago. The facilities in the building include an air-conditioned reception desk open 24 hours a day in the lobby. There is also a currency exchange facility, hairdressing salon, bar and a restaurant. In a park right next to the complex there is a children's playground. A car park is also nearby.

Rooms
All the accommodation units feature modern furnishings and are well equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, hifi with CD/radio and wireless Internet access. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen appliances, such as a microwave oven, fridge with freezer and a filter coffee machine. Each apartment has a furnished balcony or terrace on which guests can enjoy their meals, read a book or simply enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Activities & Sport
Besides swimming, guests can stay in shape riding a bicycle or playing tennis, table tennis or one of the other sports available nearby. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the pebble and rocky beach and may be hired for a fee.

Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is before 10 am. If guests arrive later than 6 pm they should please inform the apartment manager.
