This fully air-conditioned apartment hotel, designed by a group of
young Colombian artists, aims to create a cutting edge space with a
unique design concept. Comprising of 20 apartments in total, it
welcomes guests into a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe,
cloakroom and lift access. There is a TV lounge, café, bar, pub and
restaurant on site, and business guests will appreciate the
conference facilities and wireless Internet access. Room and
laundry services are offered and those arriving by vehicle can make
use of the hotel car park.
Rooms
All of the apartments are 60 m² in size and feature an en suite
bathroom (fitted with a bath, shower and hairdryer), a living room,
a dining room and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, cooker,
microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a
private balcony or terrace. The apartments also feature king-size
beds, a desk, a wireless direct dial telephone, bedside reading
lamps and a minibar. Furthermore, guests will enjoy the home
theatre system, which includes a flat screen TV and a CD player.
Unlimited broadband Internet access is provided, and each apartment
is fitted with a safety deposit box for guests to store their
valuables in.
Restaurant & Food
A continental breakfast buffet is served at this apartment hotel. A
buffet is also available for lunch and dinner, in addition to set
menu and à la carte options.
Activities & Sport
Guests can boost their tan on the sun terrace, where sun loungers
and parasols are provided free of charge. The hot tub is the
perfect place to unwind and relaxing spa treatments are also
available. Active types might want to explore the surrounding area

there
Take El Dorado Ave heading east and drive toward 30th Street before
turning left. Continue until 100th Street, then turn right onto
19th Avenue. At the traffic lights on the corner of 100 Street and
19 Avenue, turn right, drive straight ahead for 4 blocks, turn
right and then immediately turn left, where the hotel will be in
sight.
