As a specialised table-tennis hotel, the Yuquan table tennis club covers an area of 1000 m² and has capacity for 30 international table tennis tables at the same time. The hotel, which was renovated in 2008, has been honoured with the titles of China Green Hotel, China Famous Restaurant of Shandong Cuisine and Famous Brand in Shandong Province and has been awarded the first Theme Hotel with the Culture of Table Tennis in China. It offers a total of 398 rooms over 28 floors. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. Snacks and dining are provided by the café and restaurant. Other facilities at this air-conditioned establishment include a hairdressing salon, conference facilities, room service, laundry service and a car park.

The rooms, including standard guestrooms, luxurious suites and presidential suite, provide maximum comfort and convenience for guests. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and hairdryer, and in-room amenities include double beds, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning is provided in every room.

The hotel offers a Chinese restaurant and Western restaurant, as well as a luxurious banquet hall. Buffets are served at breakfast and lunch, and midday and evening meals are also available à la carte.
