fairways of the Jack and Steve Nicklaus co-designed mountain golf
course. This family-friendly establishment welcomes guests with a

expect from any world-class resort. The hotel features 156
contemporary rooms each with expansive views of the rolling
fairways, nearby Mount Finlayson and the village centre. Facilities
on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a
lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a
currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lift access, a
café, a pub, a games room and a restaurant. Guests are
offered conference facilities and WLAN Internet access and they may
also take advantage of the room and laundry services. There are
bicycles available for hire and parking and a garage for those
arriving by car.
Rooms
All the elegant, well-appointed rooms and suites feature the
signature Heavenly Bed(r), luxurious bathrooms with deep, soaker
tubs, natural slate flooring, and high-speed Internet access. They
also come with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone,
satellite/cable TV, a radio and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, a
microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, an
ironing set, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, a
safe and either a balcony or a terrace are provided in all
accommodation as standard. A limited selection of pet-friendly
rooms are also available.
Restaurant & Food
Guests are served a continental breakfast each morning and the
midday and evening meals may be enjoyed from a set menu. The
evening meal is additionally available à la carte.
Activities & Sport
The hotel features an outdoor heated saltwater pool with a poolside
snackbar, sun loungers and parasols and hot tub, free of charge for
all hotel guests. Guests may also relax in the sauna and sunbathe
on the sun terrace (charges apply). There is a steam bath and The
Sante Spa is located at the hotel, offering many massage and spa

Directions, How to get
there
Guests arriving from Victoria Airport should follow the exit road
until reaching the stop sign, then take a quick left onto McTavish
Road and a quick right onto Highway (Hwy) 17 (Pat Bay Hwy). Take
the Mackenzie Avenue exit and after turning right onto Mackenzie
Avenue, turn right again onto the Trans-Canada Hwy/Island Hwy/Hwy
1, and continue west. Take Exit 14 and stay in the farthest right
lane signposted for Highlands. Stay on Millstream Road and keep
driving until the hotel comes into view on the left (opposite the
All Fun Recreation Park).
