Each of the 99 guest suites are uniquely designed to provide the utmost in comfort and convenience. Suites wrap around an inviting courtyard. The establishment is air-conditioned and has a lobby and car park.

Spacious 1- and 2-bedroom suites feature full kitchens with a fridge, cooker and microwave, dining and living areas, fireplaces, in-unit washer/dryer and ironing set. Further amenities include colour 48-channel satellite flat panel TVs with DVD player, wireless Internet access, direct dial telephone, hifi and private patios. The en suite bathrooms come with shower/bathtub and hairdryer, and the bedrooms are furnished with a king bed. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.

Guests can either spend time relaxing in front of the outdoor fireplace or in the hot tub whilst enjoying the spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. There are various golf courses within a half hour's drive.

Directions from Calgary Airport: travelling west on the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 1)/16 Avenue north east. Keep right at the fork to go on Provincial Route 1 west/Trans-Canada Highway west. Take exit 98 toward Dead Man's Flats. Turn right onto the second street and right onto the second avenue.
