This hotel enjoys a central location, directly on the fine sandy beach, separated from it only by a promenade. It is right in the heart of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria's biggest and most famous Black Sea resort. The hotel is among the most renowned in the area and its ideal seafront location offers an unbeatable view over the whole bay from the last hills of the Balkan mountains, through the sparkling sea all the way to the picturesque peninsula of ancient Nessebar (8 km). Guests will find restaurants, bars and nightspots just 100 m from the hotel and it is 200 m to the nearest links to the public transport network. It is 20 km to the ancient Pomorie Tomb and 35 km to Bourgas. The hotel lies 35 km from Bourgas Airport.

Renovated in 2009, this beach hotel comprises a total of 278 rooms including 17 apartments and 42 studios. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lift access. There is a hairdressing salon and a games room and the younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground or kids' club. Guests can enjoy the 3 restaurants, offering buffet, à la carte and garden dining to the accompaniment of live music, a karaoke bar, a pool bar and a lobby bar.
